Achievement and Curriculum 

I've always believed that schools should give every child a chance to succeed, no matter where they come from. Social mobility is key to education, and schools play a vital role in making it happen.

I'm passionate about creating equal opportunities for all students. This means providing the resources they need, like good teachers and support programmes, and challenging them to reach their full potential.

I've worked in various educational roles, including achievement, assessment, curriculum, pastoral care and safeguarding. My current focus is on  all aspects of KS4. I'm particularly interested in pupil premium and achievement, trauma-informed education and leadership development.

I believe that by working together, we can create schools where every child feels valued, supported, and inspired to achieve their dreams
