Leadership in Action Our student leaders play a key role in:

  • Parent Evenings and Open Evenings

  • Representing Saltley Academy across our Multi Academy Trust

Through regular meetings, we collaborate, plan, and reflect on our work. These experiences help us develop essential life skills such as organisation, communication, teamwork, minute‑taking, and decision‑making.

Prefects and Senior Prefects Our Prefects and Senior Prefects take on enhanced responsibilities, demonstrating trustworthiness, honesty, and a readiness to lead. They embody our values in corridors, classrooms, and community spaces, ensuring Saltley Academy remains a safe, respectful, and purposeful environment.
