As the Head of Inclusion at Saltley Academy my ethos is centred on creating an inclusive and supportive environment for all students. I believe every child is unique and deserves tailored support to thrive academically and socially.

Collaboration is key and I believe in the importance of working with teachers,  families and professionals to develop effective strategies that empower students. I focus on identifying each child's strengths to enhance their learning experience.

Open communication and transparency are priorities for me, as involving families ensures a holistic approach to education. I stay updated on best practices in special education to implement innovative strategies.

My goal is to promote acceptance and understanding, ensuring every student feels valued and empowered to reach their full potential.
