I'm Paul Marano, and I've been a headteacher for several years. I'm enthusiastic about creating a school environment that's both inclusive and supportive. My goal is to help students and staff reach their full potential.

I take a strategic approach to leadership, focusing on collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
